Help us put on a great FestEVE!
We need your help to ensure FestEVE goes well. Each role has two shifts: Shift 1 (5-6:30pm) and Shift 2 (6:30-8pm).
FRONT DESK: Enjoy providing top-notch customer service? We're looking for someone with a festive personality to supervise the front desk during FestEVE. In this role, you'll be stationed inside the main CGC building helping answer questions, provide directions and handle gift shop transactions. Training will be provided.
BEER STATION: FestEVE will have a beer and refreshment station, so we need people to help fill orders, process payments, check IDs and provide excellent customer service. Since we'll be serving alcohol, volunteers in this role must be 21+. Training will be provided.
COCKTAIL STATION: A longtime friend of the CGC also happens to be one of the best bartenders in town. We're looking for someone to serve as an extra set of hands for said legendary bartender so they can build craft cocktail after craft cocktail, delighting all who partake. Volunteers in this role must be 21+. Training will be provided.
RAFFLE TABLE: Because who doesn't love winning cool prizes? If you have a high level of charisma and are up for convincing guests that it's in their best interest to buy some raffle tickets to support the CGC and possibly win cool stuff, this is the job for you!
FLOATER: Are you willing to go wherever you're needed? The Floater position is a catch-all. You'll primarily be moving around the event space and providing information to guests, but we may ask you to pitch in for random jobs as needed. Extroverts looking for an exciting place to make new connections with plant geeks are strongly encouraged to sign up.
BREAKDOWN & RESET: At the close of FestEVE, we'll spend an hour breaking down the event and resetting for GrowFest, which starts the next morning. This role is for those with a can-do attitude who want an excuse to skip their daily workout.
