Join Kate from Dean's Mediterranean for a Mediterranean Culinary Experience! We'll learn a few basics of Persian cooking, including the famed Tahdig Rice (with the golden brown crust at the bottom), a classic Persian Lamb Stew served with a fresh cucumber salad and Saffron Pistachio Ice Cream for dessert.
